Clinical Case Manager / Community Clinician

The Aged Persons Mental Health Service Community Team which provides specialist mental health service to individuals over the age of 65 in the Loddon Campaspe / Southern Mallee region, has an exciting full time fixed term vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced psychiatric nurse at RPN3 level.
This clinical role will be interesting and varied including, but not limited to, intake & assessment, case management, crisis assessment and management. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain experience in a supportive environment of an aged community mental health service. On line applications only.

Classification: Reg. Psych Nurse Grade 3
Hours: 80 hours per fortnight (with an ADO every 4 weeks)
Status: full time - permenent

Probationary period: 3 months
